Each resident receives regular consultation and care from a registered nurse through EUP Home Health and Hospice. Specializing in end-of-life care, these nurses are able to assist with symptom and pain management and are on-call 24-hours per day to answer any questions or address any medical issues.

Highly trainHospice Servicesed volunteers and regular staff members are particularly attuned to the needs of those with advanced illnesses and help with the tasks of daily living. Our volunteers give more than 10,000 hours of service to Hospice House guests and families each year and they do so with generous, loving hearts.

More than the medical care and support provided by nurses, staff and volunteers, our families also find comfort in each other. It is common for families to cook and share meals together, perhaps because they are sharing similar experiences at the same time.
